The 10-lesson package is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
If you purchase your lessons per unit, they are valid for the ongoing month only.
Sure! Purchasing a lesson pack implies receiving resources, and homework necessary for you to improve.
Unfortunately, this is not an option.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the lesson. After that, we will try to find another option that suits you, and me.
Changes can't be made 24 hours before the time and date of your lesson. (outside of weekends : it means if you want to cancel for a Monday, you need to let me know on Friday)
If you can't attend, the lesson is considered done.
