The 10-session package is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
If you purchase your sessions per unit, they are valid for the ongoing month only.
Sure! Purchasing a lesson pack implies receiving resources, and homework necessary for you to improve.
Unfortunately, this is not an option.
You can cancel up to 72-hours before the lesson. After that, we will try to find another option that suits you, and me.
Changes can't be made 24-hours before the time and date of your lesson. (outside of weekends : it means if you want to cancel for a Monday, you need to let me know on Friday)
If you can't attend, the lesson is considered done.
