These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are current as of 28/04/2026.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) are offered by FRENSKIZI EOOD / френскизи ЕООД (hereinafter the “Provider”), a company registered under number 207750280, represented by Romane Aurélie Chiarappa Billot, whose registered office is located at 126A Boulevard Vasil Levski, 1505 Sofia, Bulgaria.
These GTC determine the conditions applicable to the services provided by the Provider to a Customer (hereinafter the “Customer”). Any order placed with the Provider implies the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
These conditions prevail over any other document issued by the Customer, including any general purchasing terms. The Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The applicable version shall be the one provided to and accepted by the Customer at the time of purchase.
The Provider offers online French Lessons for International Women organized around Monthly Plans.
Additonnal services (for which a separate quotation and invoicing will be delivered )may be provided including :
Conversation sessions
Children’s lessons
Exam preparation
Group conversation sessions
In-person lessons may be arranged by mutual agreement. In such cases, a specific rate may apply.
New customers access a contract to which they have to agree stating the Service Provider commitments as well as the Customer's commitment.
All prices are quoted in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Monthly plans are priced this way :
4 lessons/month - 180€/month
8 lessons a month - 320€/month
12 lessons/month - 450€/month
For monthly plans, invoices are issued manually at the end of each month for the upcoming month. Customers receive invoices during the last three working days of the month.
Payment must be made at the beginning of each month, no later than 10 calendar days after receipt of the invoice.
(Example: if the invoice for February is received on 30 January, payment must be made by 9 February.)
For new Customers, the full amount of the chosen monthly plan must be paid before the first lesson is booked. The first payment date constitutes the start date of the contractual relationship.
No lesson may begin without payment. Without payment, the Customer has no access to the Provider’s services.

Lessons purchased under a monthly plan are valid only for the corresponding calendar month.
Unused lessons are not automatically carried over unless expressly agreed in writing by the Provider.
Lessons are personal, individually attributed, and non-transferable.
The Provider is available by e-mail from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (Central European Time).
Regular teaching days are Tuesday to Friday, with teaching hours between 08:30 and 18:30 CET.
Requests for lessons outside these hours may be discussed individually and may include a supplement of up to 50% of the standard hourly rate.
At the beginning of each lesson, the Provider will wait for the Customer for a maximum of 15 minutes.
If the Customer does not attend within this period, the lesson shall be considered completed and no refund or make-up lesson shall be due.
If the Customer arrives late, lost time will not be added to the session.
A lesson may be rescheduled by the Customer if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
The rescheduling request must be sent in writing by e-mail to romane@speakfluench.com
The new date and time shall be agreed jointly by the Provider and the Customer.
If cancellation or postponement is requested less than 24 hours before the lesson, the Provider cannot guarantee rescheduling, and the lesson may be considered completed.
If the Provider must postpone a lesson due to illness, technical problems, travel disruption, force majeure, or any serious external cause, the Customer shall be informed as soon as possible and an alternative date shall be offered.
The Provider may take planned annual leave during the year. During these periods, no lessons shall be scheduled.
The Customer is informed in advance of such dates through the contract they receive. Lessons are not lost but must be scheduled during the remaining available teaching days of the relevant month.
Any additional service requested by the Customer and not included in the purchased monthly plan shall be subject to a separate quotation requiring prior acceptance by the Customer.
All lesson materials, exercises, documents, recordings, templates, and teaching resources supplied by the Provider are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, sold, or reused in whole or in part without the Provider’s prior written consent.
Where applicable under European consumer law, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from purchase, provided that the service has not yet begun.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Provider by e-mail at romane@speakfluench.com
with the subject line: Withdrawal + Name.
If the Customer expressly requests that services begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and lessons have started, the right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost in accordance with applicable law.
Digital products already accessed, downloaded, or consumed are non-refundable where legally permitted.
The Provider shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
illness
strikes
internet or electricity outages
technical failures
accidents
transport disruption
natural disasters
governmental restrictions
These GTC are governed by applicable European Union law and, where necessary, the laws of Bulgaria.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable consumer and commercial law.
