These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are current as of 3/02/2025.
1. Definitions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) are offered by the sole proprietorship Romane Chiarappa (trade name: Frenskizi EOOD/френскизи ЕООД) , hereinafter “the Provider”), a company registered under number 207750280 , represented by Romane Chiarappa, whose registered office is located at 126A Boulevard Vasil Levski, 1505, Sofia, Bulgaria.
These General Terms and Conditions determine the conditions applicable to the services provided by the Service Provider on behalf of a Customer (hereinafter the “Customer”). Any order placed with the company implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these GTC. These conditions prevail over any other document of the Customer, in particular over any general conditions of purchase. The Service Provider may modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those provided to and accepted by the Customer.
2. Service offer
The prices indicated in the offer apply only to the performance of the services described therein, to the exclusion of any additional services, which will be the subject of an additional offer and invoicing.
Prices for conversation sessions, private lessons, and children’s lessons are publicly displayed.
Lessons can be happening in person if necessary, after agreement on both parts. In that case the rate applied will be the same as the 10-hour online lesson.
3. Prices and payment terms
Prices are quoted in euros (€)
Lessons only start once the price of the chosen lesson pack has been received. Without payment, the Customer has no access to the Provider's courses.

4. Course packs validity
Packages are valid for a limited period from the date of purchasing/payment:
10-lessons package : 3 months
10-conversations package : 3 months
Individual lessons : for the ongoing month
Children’s lessons : for the ongoing month
Packs are individually attributed and not shareable.
5. Lessons for Children
Lessons are to be bought at the beginning of each month.
The minimum is one lesson per week, so four lessons / month.
The lessons bought for any given month are valid until the end of that month.
There is not extension of their validity.
In case of late arrival, the Provider will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. If, after this time, the Customer does not show up, the lesson will not be made up and no refund will be given.
If the Customer is late, the time lost will not be made up.
6. Late arrival
At the start of each lesson, the Provider will wait for the Customer for a maximum of 15 minutes. If, after this time, the Customer does not show up, the lesson will not be made up and no refund will be given.

7. Conditions for postponement and cancellation of a training session
Postponement of a session by the Customer is possible, provided that it is made at least 24 hours (Monday to Friday) before the scheduled day and time. The postponement request must be sent in writing to contactfluench@gmail.com, with "postpone lesson + name" in the Object. The Customer and the Service Provider will decide together on the date and time of the postponement.
If no agreement is reached, the course will be held at the time and date originally scheduled.
In the event of postponement less than 24 hours before the session, the lesson will be considered completed.
In the event of non-performance of its obligations as a result of a fortuitous event or force majeure (including strikes, technical problems, medical emergencies), the Service Provider cannot be held liable to the Customer.
The latter will be informed by e-mail or message and an alternative date will be set.
Cancellation is possible, provided that it is made at least 48 hours (Monday to Friday) before the scheduled day and time. If the Customer is unable to attend the course, and has not discussed postponement with the Service Provider, no refund or reduction will be made on the initial price.
8. Force majeure
The Service Provider shall not be liable in particular in the event of fire, flooding, interruption of energy or Internet supply, as well as accidents of any kind hindering the smooth running of the company.
9. Intellectual property and copyright
Training materials are protected by intellectual property and copyright. They may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without the express agreement of the Provider. The Customer undertakes not to use, transmit or reproduce all or part of these documents with a view to organizing or running training courses.
10. Right of withdrawal
If the Customer no longer wishes to take a course and exercises his/her right of withdrawal, he/she must notify contactfluench@gmail.com of this decision by e-mail (with "withdrawal+name" in the object) within 14 days, provided that the service has not yet begun.
If the customer has purchased a training course or a digital product (e-book, online course, video product, etc.), once the customer has downloaded the aforementioned product or profited from its content in any way, it is impossible to exercise this right of withdrawal.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by European law.
