My journey as a language teacher is a blend of formal education, experience, and a deep passion for languages and cultures. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of studying, teaching, and immersing myself in various cultures, all of which have shaped the teacher I am today.
Bachelor’s in Foreign Languages, University of Lille, France:
Mandarin Chinese and English language.
Strong focus on history, culture and politics.
DAEFLE Certification (Teaching French as a Foreign Language), Alliance Française de Paris:
French for young learners specialization

📍 Sofia, Bulgaria (French Institute): Taught French as a foreign language to a diverse range of students, including complete beginners, young children, teenagers, diplomatic staff, and foreign students, in both group and private settings. Created educational content : lesson plans, visual aids, e-books. Conducted DELF/DALF exam evaluations. Also worked as a nursery educator with toddlers, enhancing patience, pedagogy, and language demonstration skills.
📍 Hungary (Franco-Hungarian Youth Foundation): Spent a year as a French Language Tutor for high school students, preparing them for their graduation exam and DELF B2 exam. Led conversation workshops and supported French university applications. Acted as an intercultural mediator during a high-school exchange program, deepening intercultural communication skills and refining teaching methods.
🇬🇧 English: Fluent, studied since childhood and enhanced by living abroad since 2019.
🇪🇸 Spanish: Used daily in my life in Spain, acquired through the years with natives and bit of studying.
🇧🇬 Bulgarian: Comfortable, learned through daily interactions and working in Bulgaria.
🇮🇹 Italian: Acquired through immersion, it is now more of a passive language in my life.
🇲🇦 Moroccan Darija : Currently learning on my own as a hobby

My multilingual experience allows me to draw connections between languages, helping my students build connections between their existing knowledge and French.
My language background is what gave me such a wide range of methods to teach my own language : French.
