Yes, lessons only start once the payment for your chosen lesson package is received
The payment is made online with a bank card or through bank transfer.
Yes, purchasing a lesson pack implies receiving resources, and homework necessary for you to improve.
Conversation packs do not include homework.
Yes, if you request a postponement at least 24 hours in advance.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson (outside of Saturday and Sunday) will result in the lesson being considered completed.
If you're late, I'll wait for you for 15 minutes. The lost time won’t be made up.
If you're more than 15 minutes late, the lesson is considered completed.
Cancellations are possible 48 hours before your lesson.
If you can’t attend and haven’t arranged a postponement, the lesson will be marked as completed with no refund or reduction.
Packages are valid for a limited period from the date of purchasing/payment:
10-lesson package : 3 months
10-conversation package : 3 months
Individual lessons : for the ongoing month
Children’s lessons : for the ongoing month
Packs are individually attributed and not shareable.
